DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

• Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 7-10 business days.
• We use Delhivery, Ecom Express, Shree Maruti Courier and DTDC Express courier for all domestic orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

• Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and delivered within 5-10 business days.
• We use Aramex , FedEx and DHL for international orders.

Returns:

1. Hassle-free returns within 3 days; specific conditions apply based on products and promotions.
2. If the product is damaged , notify us within 24 hours
3. Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method.
4. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (With Parcel Opening Video).
5. Items purchased during special sales with free product offers, like BOGO, are ineligible for returns.
6. A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 can be charged for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the refund.

In the beginning, we offered a full cash-on-delivery (COD) option for the convenience of our customers. However, we faced problems because customers were refusing the courier at the time of delivery. So, now Chitra Apparels has introduced some rules for placing COD orders. By following these rules, you can still place COD orders.

COD BOOKING PROCESS: To book any product, you have to make advance payment of 25% of the total amount. When placing a COD order, you will receive Payment Options where you must transfer the 25% payment.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION: After making the payment your order will be confirmed on website and on Whatsapp order please take a screenshot and send it to WhatsApp at +91 8949663773 to confirm.

ORDER CONFIRM: And when you receive a message from us saying "Done," your order will be confirmed.

PREORDER NOTE: We don't have some items ready to dispatch, and some are dyeable or some are make to order, which take 10-20 days for making , dyeing polishing and getting ready.

DELIVERY TIME: So if you are preordering, it may take a maximum of 7-12 days for delivery after dispatch. So, if you have time, then preorder.

FOR URGENT ORDER: If you need the product urgently, you can leave a note while placing the order, and you can also inform us by contacting us. We will make every effort to prepare and deliver the product as quickly as possible.
