At Chitra Apparels, we value our customers and strive to build lasting relationships by offering a No-Questions-Asked 3-Day Return & Refund Policy for most products.
Easy Returns – Simple & Transparent
We provide a straight forward 3-day return policy starting from your delivery date. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request through [this link] within 3 days of receiving your order. A ₹100 return charge per saree will be applicable for pickup and processing.
Please note: Returns cannot be accepted after the 3-day period for any reason. Refunds are processed only for items that have been returned.
Note: Any customization like Fall Piko or any customized product are not available for return or exchange.
📢 Important Sale Terms
- For any Sale: Exchanges are permitted only for the same products; returns are not allowed during promotion.
- Exchanges are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- To request an exchange, customers must provide clear photographs along with an uncut unboxing video of the package.
- All exchange requests must be submitted within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
How to Submit a Return Request
- Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

- Please record an unboxing video when returning your package to ensure a seamless process.
- Return Pickup: Once your request is submitted, our courier partner will collect the package within 72 hours (3 days).
Note: If any courier partner is not available for return pickup then customer have to send return product with reputed courier service to our address "86, Shree Ji Vihar, 100 Feet Road, Kankroli, Rajsamand, Rajasthan, India - 313324" and send courier receipt to our whatsapp number "8949663773" with in 3 days or delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned item reaches our warehouse and successfully passes our quality inspection.
Prepaid Orders
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 business days following the completion of our quality check.
Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- You will receive an WhatsApp message to get your payment details.
- Your refund will be credited within 24 hours of submitting your details.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Cancellations will not be accepted after this window.
- For prepaid orders, refunds may take 5-7 working days to appear in your account from the date of cancellation.
Color & Description Disclaimer
- We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions, photography settings, and individual screen displays.
- Product specifications such as weight, embellishment details, and sizing may vary slightly. We request that customers take these minor differences into consideration when making a purchase.
