EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Return Policy:
- Eligible Products:
- Products can be exchanged within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Eligibility for exchange is visible on product screens under shipping information.
- Non-eligible Products:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange.
- Products purchased under "Sale" or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
- International shipments are non-exchangeable.
- Customized product like Fall Piko, Stitching and Dyed Product are not for exchange & any refund.
- Variations Disclaimer:
- Minor color variations may occur due to fabric dyes, weather conditions, and monitor settings.
- Damaged Merchandise:
- Notify us via email or Whatsapp with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving it.
- Exchange Authorization:
- Email (info@chitraapparel.com) or Whatsapp (8949663773) with your order number, name, email, product details, and reason for exchange.
- Exchange Process:
- Await approval from our customer care team.
- Pack the item securely using the original packing materials.
- Send the item via a reputable courier service to Chitra Apparels at Kankroli, Rajsamand, Rajasthan.
- Share a Photo of the courier receipt via email or WhatsApp.
- A deduction of ₹100 will be applied for shipping charges per exchange transaction.
- Exchange Options:
- Exchange will be processed upon completion of the exchange process.
- You may exchange for a product of equal or lesser value.
- Store Credits:
- No refunds are available in cash or bank account transfer.
- Store credits will be issued for eligible exchanges.
- Use store credits for future exchanges or purchases on our website.
- Exchange Timeframe:
- Exchanges will be processed promptly upon receipt and approval.
- Discretion:
- All exchanges are subject to Chitra Apparels discretion.
Cancellation Policy:
- Orders can be canceled before shipment initiation.
- Contact us via phone or email to cancel your order.
- Once the shipment process has started, cancellation is not possible.
- In case of a fully paid order cancellation, we will deduct a 5% payment gateway charge from the refund amount. The remaining balance will be refunded using the same payment method or we will provide full amount store credit with lifetime validity.
- In case on COD orders cancellation or rejected at time of delivery , we will never provide COD payment option for those customers in future.
