1. Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Reverse Shipment Fee: A fee of up to ₹100 per item may be deducted as per our Fair Usage Policy.

Return Pickup Attempts:

  • Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.
  • A maximum of three pickup attempts will be made.

Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

 

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 1–2 working days after the return pickup is completed.
  • Reward points, store credits & shipping charges (If any) are non-refundable.
  • For parietal paid COD order, if shipment is rejected at time of delivery then partially paid amount is not refundable.

  

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in their original condition with intact tags.
  • Products that are visibly used, worn, or returned in poor condition will not qualify for a refund.

 

4. Non Returnable Items / Exclusions

  • International shipments are non-exchangeable.
  • Customized product like Fall Piko, Stitching and Dyed Product are not for exchange & any refund.
  • Items sold as "Sale" are not eligible for exchange or return.

 

5. Self-Shipping for Returns

If reverse pickup services are unavailable in your area, you’ll need to ship the product(s) (use reputed courier or Speed Post) to the following address:

Shipping Instructions
  • Pack the items securely to prevent loss or damage during transit.
  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.
  • Ensure all items are in unused condition with tags and packaging intact.

 

6. Terms and Conditions

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate bank account details for refunds. Chitra Apparels is not liable for errors in the provided details.
  • If you’ve received a delivery confirmation but haven’t received the package, report it within 24 hours.

 

7. Reporting Damages

  1. If the product is damaged , notify us within 1 day via:

  2. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and notify you about the refund eligibility. Refunds are processed within 10 working days from confirmation.
