At Chitra Apparels, we are committed to providing a smooth, reliable, and timely delivery experience to all our customers across India. To maintain service quality and efficiency, we currently offer one standard shipping option.

Shipping Details

Free Shipping Across India – We offer free shipping on all prepaid and eligible Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) orders across India.
Orders are delivered within 7–14 working days from the date of dispatch (excluding sale and promotional periods).

Out of India Shipments are sent through UPS/FEDEX/DHL/Aramex  which is available at the time of dispatch. Shipping charges for out of India shipments are extra.

Order Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and handed over to our trusted courier partners.

  • Under normal circumstances, most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days with free shipping.

  • During high-demand periods such as sales, festive seasons, or special promotions, delivery timelines may be extended.

  • Chitra Apparels is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen logistical issues, natural circumstances, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Partial COD requires an advance payment, which must be paid online at the time of placing the order.

  • The remaining balance amount is payable at the time of delivery.

  • Orders placed under Partial COD will be dispatched only after the advance payment is successfully received.

  • The advance amount is non-refundable in case the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery.

  • Partial COD is offered to ensure genuine orders and faster processing.

Shipment & Tracking Details

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp notification from +8949663773 with the tracking details.

  • The tracking number may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier partner’s website.

  • You can track your order using the link provided in the message.

Unboxing Recommendation

To ensure a smooth support and resolution process, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video while opening your package. This will help us assist you efficiently in case of any issue with your order.

Shipping Timeframes:

We ship all orders promptly and strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible.

  • For domestic orders (within India), the usual dispatch time is 3 to 7 working days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

  • For international orders (outside India), the dispatch time is typically 7 to 15 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Please note that these timeframes may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, customs processing, or unforeseen delays due to events like pandemics or festive seasons.

International Duties & Taxes

  • You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for any further information.
